A term that earns nothing still costs a year.
A student placed into a developmental course pays tuition, takes a seat and carries a load that moves them no closer to a degree. They know it. They start the year already behind the class they were admitted alongside — and the ones who do not come back take a full year of net tuition out of your budget with them. Meanwhile your department staffs sections that generate no credit hours at all.
One in four students who began at a public four-year college in 2019–20 had taken at least one remedial course (U.S. Department of Education, National Center for Education Statistics). At public two-year colleges the share has long been far higher.

Your faculty set the bar, and it does not move.
Before a single student logs in, we map the instrument you already place on — ALEKS PPL, ACCUPLACER, your own departmental exam, or ACT/SAT/CLT with a writing sample — and the cut scores that go with it, in a two-day workshop with the chairs who own the standard. Full Credit never invents a standard and never proposes a lower one. The cut score is frozen at kickoff for the whole cohort, because the guarantee is measured against it.
Eight weeks, about forty minutes a day.
Diagnostic first, then adaptive: the work targets the exact distance between where a student placed and where your cut score sits, and spaced review keeps what they have already fixed. Every answer is checked on our servers, so completion is a fact rather than a self-report. An admitted student who goes quiet over the summer is flagged to admissions within a day, with the message to send — melt, caught while it is still reversible.

They sit your instrument again, proctored to your rules, on a schedule we build around your orientation calendar. Your registrar imports one roster file; every department chair gets a per-student evidence sheet — the original placement, the eight weeks of work, the retest — that can be audited line by line. The same review queue follows each student through their first credit-bearing term.

The install is the part built by hand. The per-student fee is the part that scales, and half of it is invoiced only after the retest — once you have the result in front of you.

Install invoiced at signing. The per-student fee is invoiced half at cohort start and half after the retest. A founding reservation is $1,500, refundable until we deliver and credited in full against your install fee.
Two promises, both measured on your numbers.
Neither one depends on our scoring, our survey or our interpretation. They are settled by your placement instrument and your own admitted-to-enrolled rate.
The placement guarantee
If fewer than sixty percent of the students you enrol move out of at least one non-credit placement, we refund the per-student fee for every student who did not move.

The melt guarantee
If this cohort's admitted-to-enrolled rate comes in below your own prior year's, we refund the install fee in full — the whole fee returned, not a credit against next summer, and you keep the cut-score sheet and the crosswalk we built.

An install is two days with your faculty and an item crosswalk built for your instrument. We can do eight of them between February and April, and then the summer starts whether we are ready or not. When the eighth college signs, the register closes until 2028.

Does this lower our standard?
The opposite: it freezes it. Your chairs set the cut score at kickoff and it cannot move for the cohort, because the guarantee is measured against it. We never propose a different bar, and we never score your instrument.

Who proctors the retest?
You do. It is your placement test, scored by your people, under your invigilation rules. We build the seat plan and the schedule and hand them over.
How much work is this for us?
Two days of faculty time in the workshop, an admitted list by 1 May, and somebody in admissions who answers a melt flag. Everything else — curriculum, delivery, support, proctoring logistics, the roster file — is ours.
What happens to a student who does not finish?
They keep their original placement and nothing is written to their record. You pay the per-student fee for students you enrol; the refund covers students who did the work, sat the retest and still did not move.
Is this just a summer bridge?
Most bridges are a week of review with no instrument and no retest at the end, so nothing changes on the transcript. This one is built around your instrument and ends on it, before the first day of class.
What happens to student data?
We need names, identifiers and placement scores for enrolled students only, under a written data agreement. Records stay in your own tenant, are never sold or shared, and are never used to train models.
Where is Full Credit today?
In build, for the summer 2027 cohorts. Founding colleges are installed first and shape the instrument mapping. Your reservation is refundable until we deliver, and refunded in full if we do not build it.
